Mission Statement

Over my years working on many large commercial projects and high-end custom homes I was inevitably relegated to the those tasks that pop up on the punch lists.  These particular tasks are the ones that get overlooked during the construction process or were never considered in the design process and oftentimes require creative approaches for their resolution. I found myself to be quite adept at this work and decided to strike out into business providing these services to the homeowner to assist them in addressing  some of the same issues in their existing homes.
